Phyllis Heydt
Senior Advisor

Phyllis Heydt is a Senior Advisor to CHAP and Director at the Office of the WHO Ambassador for Global Strategy. She focuses on frontline health delivery systems.


As part of her current role she co-founded the Aspen Management Partnership for Health (AMP Health), co-founded and co-chairs the Board of the Financing Alliance for Health (FAH), and is a co-founder and member of the Board of ATscale – The Global Partnership for Assistive Technologies.

She is also the co-author of the report “The Missing Billion – access to health services for people with disabilities”. Phyllis previously worked in the Strategy Team at the Global Fund to fight HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria, and as an Engagement Manager in McKinsey’s healthcare practice.
