Supporting Community Health Workers in North Carolina, 2023

The North Carolina Community Health Worker Association is the professional home for Community Health Workers across the state of North Carolina. The mission of the NCCHWA is to advance Community Health Worker voices while elevating racial and health equity. This grant will be used to support to operations of the association in advancing its mission and priorities.
