CHAP Welcomes Jhenielle Reynolds as Program ManagerBlog Post Title Two
Jhenielle Reynolds has worked in the public sector, with nonprofit and philanthropic organizations, and in communities throughout her career.
As the founder of BloomMama Birth Services, she assists expectant families in Northern New Jersey as a birth and postpartum doula.
We look forward to learning from Jhenielle’s impressive experience shifting systems while also providing direct services to birthing people in NJ. CHAP is committed to enhancing the connection between philanthropy and community centered work and we feel fortunate to have Jhenielle’s leadership in this effort.
Prior to joining CHAP, Jhenielle worked at Bloomberg Philanthropies where she oversaw a successful national initiative to increase the number of high-achieving lower income students attending top colleges and universities. Jhenielle also worked in higher education as a virtual college advisor, supporting students throughout the college application process. She began her career as an Admissions Counselor at her alma mater, University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and received her doula certification through DONA International.
